I enjoy and appreciate Tessa’s yoga classes. I struggle with balance and recognizing where my body is with regards to yoga postures-positions. For example, I might be slightly off in the posture and then I hear Tessa’s verbal cues reminding me how my arms or legs should be in the position or how I am holding tension in my muscles.
