Mark Roncato​

Mark has been practicing Yoga since 2008. He quickly discovered a regular practice lessened his back pain and migraine bouts as well as bringing a calming balance to his life. A motorcycle accident briefly interrupted his regular practice but he credits his practice in aiding in his recovery. He received his Shambhava 200 hour yoga teacher training certification in the spring of 2013. He works to keep his classes fun yet focused for both beginners as well as the seasoned yogis. He is particularly skilled at teaching pose modifications so that beginning students can practice along side seasoned yogis with confidence and safety.

Monday or Wednesday 1-hour classes – minimum donation $10.
Saturday 30-minute class – minimum donation $5.

Unlimited 1-month:  minimum donation $49 (Good only during the month purchased)

Class registrations for Drop-in closes 30 minutes prior to class time. No new registrations will be processed and no refunds issued.
