Strength & Meditation 6-Day Challenge

As we emerge from pandemic restrictions, what a lovely way to reconnect with friends and family as you practice together.  Or join us on your own!

What you can expect:

  • 6 days of inspiring videos — 3 days of strengthening yoga alternating with 3 days of meditation.
  • Monday June 14th through Saturday June 19th, daily videos, under 15 minutes in length, will be sent to your inbox.
  • A variety of yoga and meditation techniques from your favorite Denver Yoga Co-Op teachers.
